Definitions & Interpretations

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) held in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted by bookie to Members under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be reached before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Games" covers all slots, table games, Live Casino, Sports Betting and virtual sports available on the platform bookie.
• "Terms" refers to this entire Terms & Conditions document, including all updates and amendments made from time to time.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the bookie, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be an individual accessing the platform for personal use – companies, organisations, or legal entities are not permitted to register an account.
• You may only hold one active bookie account at any one time. Registering or holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. bookie reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the full name, MyKad/passport number, phone number, and email address registered to your account are your own.
• Bookie reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an account without providing a reason if the eligibility requirements are not met.

Account passwords are the sole responsibility of the Member. bookie will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Please notify bookie support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Deposits & Payment Methods

bookie accepts deposits only through approved and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

The deposit methods accepted by bookie are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount at bookie is RM10 for all payment methods.
• There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, accounts may be subject to additional review for deposits exceeding a certain amount.
• Bookie does not charge any fees for deposits. Any charges imposed by your e-wallet provider or bank are beyond bookie's control.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly back to their original source except in specific cases as determined by bookie.

Withdrawals & Processing

Member bookie may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for each request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method the same to the last deposit method used by the Member, except in special cases that require additional approval.
• Bookie's withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallets and between 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers (FPX).
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, Members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, including submitting a copy of their MyKad and a bank or e-wallet statement.
• Bookie reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing by up to 5 business days for security and anti-fraud verification purposes.

• Bookie does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. Additional withdrawals beyond three times per day may incur an administrative fee.
• Any attempt to circumvent the withdrawal system or use unauthorised payment methods will result in account suspension and further investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bookie is subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general bonus terms at bookie are as follows:

• All bonuses are for the personal use of the Member only and may not be transferred to another player.
• Each bonus type has its own wagering requirement which varies, typically between 20x and 40x the bonus value. This requirement is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page at bookie.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only for each new Member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Bookie reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the promotions system is detected.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonuses or those that fail to meet the requirements within the set period will expire automatically.

Game Rules

All games on the bookie governed by the rules set by the respective game provider. Members agree to comply with these rules when participating in any game.

• The outcome of all RNG games (slots, computer table games) is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. RNG results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• For Live Casino games, video recordings of each session are retained by the provider and may be referenced in the event of a dispute.

Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To keep the bookie safe and enjoyable for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or third-party programs to play or interact with the bookie platform automatically.
• Sharing or selling your bookie account to another individual.
• Using false information or assuming another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in Live Casino games or any other game involving more than one player.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or technical vulnerability in the bookie platform is strictly prohibited. Any bug discovered must be reported to bookie support immediately.

Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by Member

Member bookie may close their account at any time by contacting the bookie support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Before the account is closed:

• All eligible account balances will be returned to the Member in accordance with bookie's standard withdrawal procedures.
• Any bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• Account activity records may be retained by bookie for the period required under Malaysian law.

Account Suspension or Closure by bookie

Bookie reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms set out in this document.
• Confirmation that a Member is under 18 years of age.
• Activity indicating fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.

Bookie's Liability Limits

By using the platform bookie, Members acknowledge and agree to the following liability limits:

• Bookie is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of betting or gaming outcomes. Betting is an inherently risky activity, and losses are part of the experience.
• Bookie does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions, delays, or technical errors at all times. That said, bookie is committed to minimising downtime and will notify Members of any scheduled maintenance.
• Bookie is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's account caused by the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Under no circumstances shall bookie's liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

bookie reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made:

• Bookie will display a clear notice of any changes on the platform's main page and/or notify all registered Members via email.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly stated. Continued use of the platform after that date will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If a Member disagrees with any changes made, they have the right to close their account before the effective date by contacting bookie support.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court.
